Starting from your idea, from a simple handmade sketch or from a photography, after determining the technical details, we proceed with a CAD design of the object. Thanks to specific CAD software (specifically RHINOCEROS e Z-BRUSH) and to our designers’ experience, we make a three-dimensional drawing that represents the full-scale of the jewel.

Then, with the rapid prototyping system, we are able to turn it, with no limits in shape or geometric complexity, into a high-definition prototype in wax for investment casting or in resin, in order to create the matrix in rubber, perfect for the series production.

Once we finish the planning, we can make a rendering, which is a three-dimensional photographic pattern of the object in metal or resin, so you can have your CAD model in a few hours and at low cost.
